A cheesemonger's inside look at the Thanksgiving Table Box, a one-time, limited-release curation built for the biggest table of the year.

Thanksgiving is the one day a year everyone shows up hungry and opinionated. So I built this board the way I'd build a Thanksgiving menu: something sweet for the cranberry sauce loyalists, something savory for the gravy-on-everything crowd, and a few surprises for the uncle who thinks he's tried everything. All of it is hard-to-find artisan cheese and charcuterie, with quality even the toughest critic can't argue with. Let me walk you through the Thanksgiving Table Box, course by course.
Le Régal de Bourgogne aux Cranberries · Burgundy, France
Every Thanksgiving table needs cranberries, and this is the most delicious way I know to serve them. Le Régal de Bourgogne is made by a family cheesemaker in the heart of Burgundy's wine country, where they've been crafting cheese since 1969. It's a fresh, cream-enriched cheese with whole cranberries pressed all over the outside.

There's no rind, so every bite is pure cream and fruit: rich and silky underneath, sweet and tart on top. It's the cheese people photograph before they cut into it, and the one they keep going back to after.
Rosemary-Crusted Romero · Honey & Herb Prosciutto · Heirloom Cranberry Preserves · Praline Pecans
This is where the curation comes together. Los Cameros de Romero is a firm, nutty cheese crusted in rosemary. You'll smell the delicious aroma the moment you open the package.

Here's the bite I want everyone at the table to try. Start with a walnut honey cracker, add a slice of the rosemary-crusted cheese, drape it with silky Honey & Herb Prosciutto, spoon on Heirloom Cranberry Preserves with real, whole chunks of fruit, and finish with the sweet crunch of a Praline Pecan. Savory herbs, sweet ham, tart cranberry and pecan crunch, all in one bite. It's the whole Thanksgiving menu on a single cracker.

Chorizo Ibérico
Every holiday table has the dish you save for special occasions. On this board, it's the Chorizo Ibérico. Ibérico is some of the most prized pork in the world, richly marbled so it's silky and melt-in-your-mouth, then spiced with smoky pimentón. It's the slice that makes people stop and ask what they just ate.

Baked Lemon Ricotta · ITALY
Our members already know this one. The Baked Lemon Ricotta is creamy, bright and just sweet enough that it eats like cheesecake. It works right on the board, or you can set it aside and serve it after dinner with the Dark Chocolate Covered Cranberries for a bittersweet, tart finish. Either way, dessert is covered before the pie comes out.

Hosting? Set it out as guests arrive. It's the first thing everyone gathers around while the turkey rests.
Bringing a dish? Bring the board. It's the one people ask about all night.
Friendsgiving? Every pairing is written out in the tasting guide, so you can walk your friends through it like a pro.
Everything you just read about comes in a single box, no subscription and no commitment, with a cheesemonger's tasting guide inside that walks you through every pairing. This curation is only here for Thanksgiving. The last day to order is Friday, November 20 at 3pm (unless it sells out before then!).
