Our tasting guide includes all the items handpicked by our curators, though not every item will be found in your box. Since premium meats and cheeses take months to age, we can't always restock select ingredients to meet demand, meaning this guide may also grow and change over time.

This approach ensures you enjoy the finest, hand-selected artisanal products. There are endless possibilities for creating exceptional flavor pairings, so rest assured whichever variation you receive will be as thoughtful and delicious as the next!

Farmstead Smoked Gouda

This smoked Gouda is crafted on a Wisconsin farm using traditional Dutch methods, blending rich, buttery Gouda with smoky hickory wood undertones. The artisans behind this cheese, led by Marieke Penterman, combine their Dutch heritage with fresh, raw milk from their farm to create a truly authentic, farmstead cheese. Aged for at least 60 days on Dutch pine planks, this Gouda offers a smooth, creamy texture with a well-balanced, savory depth.

Bru-XL

Aged for 14 months, this firm, small-batch cow’s milk cheese from Belgium develops a rich, complex flavor with notes of caramel and butterscotch. The extended aging process creates a delightful texture, marked by crunchy tyrosine crystals that form naturally over time, adding a satisfying bite to its creamy sweetness.

Vacherousse D’argental

This creamy, soft-ripened cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region of France boasts a buttery sweetness with a subtle tang and gentle earthiness from its washed rind.
