AppyHour's Gift a Free Box Program ("Program") allows eligible active AppyHour subscribers ("Gifter") to send a complimentary subscription box to a new customer ("Recipient") who is required to pay applicable shipping and handling fees and start a new AppyHour subscription to redeem the offer. By participating in this Program, both the Gifter and Recipient agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Gifters may send a maximum of three (3) free boxes under this Program. This limit applies per account and cannot be circumvented by creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses.
To redeem a gifted box as a Recipient, you must:
Current or former AppyHour subscribers and customers are not eligible to redeem this offer. AppyHour reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Recipient found to be ineligible.
The free box may be redeemed for one of the following, subject to availability at the time of redemption:
The Recipient is responsible for selecting their preferred box at the time of redemption. AppyHour does not guarantee the availability of any specific box, product, or contents at any given time.
Redemption of this Program requires the Recipient to start a new AppyHour subscription. By starting a subscription, the Recipient agrees to AppyHour's standard subscription terms, which include recurring billing at the then-current subscription rate following the initial promotional box.
The Recipient may cancel their subscription at any time after receiving their first box by logging into their account portal or contacting AppyHour customer support. Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid being charged for a subsequent shipment.
The Recipient is solely responsible for paying all applicable shipping and handling fees at the time of redemption. Shipping costs are non-refundable. AppyHour is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.
This Program is offered at AppyHour's discretion and is subject to product and subscription availability. AppyHour reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this Program at any time. Where possible, AppyHour will provide reasonable notice of any material changes, but is not obligated to do so.
By participating in this Program, both the Gifter and Recipient agree to AppyHour's Privacy Policy, available at appyhourbox.com/policies/privacy-policy. Recipient information shared as part of this Program will only be used to fulfill the gifted box and manage the associated subscription.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.
