We disclose certain Personal Information to third parties for a business purpose. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
AppyHour values customer privacy and supports laws that increase transparency. We do not "sell" your personal information in exchange for money. This information covers the past 12 months. However, the definition of "sale" in the CCPA is very broad; it includes many common business activities involving the transferring of data, such as certain types of targeted online advertising and marketing activities as further described in the SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION section below, even though that data is not exchanged for money. If you're a California resident and wish to opt out of these uses on a going-forward basis, please submit a request using the information provided below.
There are also several advertising industry options available to you if you would like to opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly across participating third parties.
