We work with small-scale artisans to bring you premium tasting experiences. Due to limited production from these artisans, our curators create several variations of each spread and items in each box may vary.

Our tasting guide includes all the items handpicked by our curators, though not every item will be found in your box. Since premium meats and cheeses take months to age, we can't always restock select ingredients to meet demand, meaning this guide may also grow and change over time.

This approach ensures you enjoy the finest, hand-selected artisanal products. There are endless possibilities for creating exceptional flavor pairings, so rest assured whichever variation you receive will be as thoughtful and delicious as the next!

Artisan Cheese

Ewenique

Crafted from 100% California sheep's milk in Paso Robles, this gouda-style cheese delights with notes of fresh cream and starches, finishing with warm vanilla and spiced tea. The traditional craftsmanship and distinctive flavors elevate any tasting experience, while its unique curd structure adds visual appeal, making it an exquisite addition to our expertly curated spread.

Lida Gold

Discover an award-winning Montasio-style cheese from Honesdale, PA, cave-aged for 9 months. Lida Gold captivates with its nutty butterscotch flavor and a fruity finish, complemented by a hand-rubbed exterior of tomato, herbs, and olive oil. As striking as it is delicious, it enriches our curated spread with its full-bodied taste and artisanal craftsmanship.

Lonza

This Lonza from mid-coast Maine is crafted from a cider-brined pork loin, rolled in fennel and red pepper, and cultured with koji. Crafted by a family-run salumeria using wild fermentation and native ingredients, it combines old-world techniques with new-world creativity, making it a unique and flavorful addition to our curated spread.

Pork Saucisson Sec

Crafted in New York by a French chef, this Pork Saucisson Sec is slowly fermented for five weeks with authentic French spices. Featuring hints of nutmeg, its rich, earthy flavor makes it a standout in our curated spread, offering a taste reminiscent of traditional Alpine delicacies.

Fruit Creamed Honey

 Infused with fresh fruit flavors, this whipped honey is an exceptional compliment to this month’s curation. Sweet and spreadable, this unique spread can be enjoyed both savory and sweet.  The fruity floral flavors balance the richness of the cheeses and charcuterie.

Dried Apricots

Dried apricots are known for their plump, juicy texture and honey-like sweetness. Naturally sweet and slowly dried, these golden, chewy treats provide a beautiful complement to the unique flavors of our cheese and charcuterie offerings.

Smoky Almonds

Slowly sunbaked at the California ranch where they are grown, these almonds have a hint of hickory smoke and a natural buttery sweetness.
