Made from raw cow’s milk and aged 8–12 months, it develops layers of flavor that evolve beautifully over time. When young, it’s buttery and gently fruity with notes of toasted nuts. As it matures, those flavors deepen into a rich, savory profile with hints of caramelized onion and broth.
