A Message From Our Curators:

We work with small-scale artisans to bring you premium tasting experiences. This approach ensures you enjoy the finest, hand-selected artisanal products. Due to limited production from these artisans, our curators create several variations of each spread and items in each box may vary.

Our standard medium box comes with two cheeses and two meats, along with our curator's choice cheese & jam pairing. You will not receive every cheese listed below.

Other curations, such as large boxes and specialty boxes offer an expanded variety of items. We sincerely hope you enjoy and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Enjoy,

Queso de Murcia al Vino DOP

Goat’s milk • Semi-firm

Murcia, Spain
Mild
Bold

Soaked in bold red wine and aged for 60 days, this semi-firm goat cheese delivers a mild, creamy bite with a delicate, fruity finish. Its violet-hued rind comes from Doble Pasta, a local wine made from Monastrell grapes, which infuses the paste with subtle flavor and color. Made from the milk of the region’s Murciana goats, this DOP-certified cheese offers surprising balance and smoothness, even for those who typically shy away from goat cheese.

Its tangy creaminess and wine-soaked rind shine when paired with bold, earthy notes and subtle sweetness—think herbs and rich berries.

Try a bite with a sliver of Ramp Salami and a swipe of Blackberry Rosemary Jam. The garlicky ramp highlights the cheese’s tang, while the jam echoes the Monastrell's fruit and rounds out the bite.

You may also enjoy it with a crunchy fried corn kernel from the piri piri mix for added texture and sweetness.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Murciana Goat's Milk, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Rennet, Cheese Cultures. Rind bathed in Monastrell wine.

Sheep’s milk • Semi-firm

Castilla-La Mancha, Spain
Mild
Bold

This unique aged sheep’s milk cheese is marbled with hot pepper. Its buttery, nutty flavor gets an added kick thanks to the generous marbling of mojo picón—a hot pepper sauce typical of Spain—throughout the paste. Made from fresh milk in the Spanish region of Castilla-La Mancha and crafted using traditional production techniques, it offers a texture and flavor profile that will remind Manchego fans of the cheese they love.

Buttery and nutty with a kick of heat, this cheese begs for pairings that can tame the spice while playing up its savory depth.

Try a bite with a round of Jamón Serrano and a dollop of fruit jam. The ham enhances the cheese’s umami, while the fruity notes cool the chili and add contrast.

You may also enjoy it with a fried corn kernel from the Piri Piri Mix to echo the heat while adding a hint of sweetness.

Jamón Serrano

Northern Spain
Mild
Bold

Jamón Serrano is an authentic Spanish dry-cured ham, aged for over 12 months in the fresh mountain air of the Pyrenees. Rooted in Spain’s culinary tradition, its simple ingredients—pork, sea salt, and time—create a rich, nutty, and savory flavor.

Unlike prosciutto, Jamón Serrano is firmer, leaner, and offers a bolder, more intense taste with subtle sweetness. It’s a staple of Spanish tapas culture and was once so prized it was used as currency in ancient times—proof that some flavors really are worth their weight in gold.

Lean and nutty with a deep cured flavor, this ham plays beautifully with creamy textures and fruit-forward accompaniments.

Try a bite with a slice of Queso de Murcia al Vino and Blackberry Rosemary Jam. The cheese and jam bring out the ham’s subtle sweetness.

You may also enjoy it with the hint of spice from the Piri Piri mix to mirror its savory depth.

Ramp Salami

Maine
Mild
Bold

A seasonal twist on a classic cured meat, this salami features the bold, garlicky flavor of ramps—a wild leek foraged from the forests of the Northeast. Earthy and aromatic, the ramps lend a vibrant, green complexity that balances the richness of the pork.Made by a family-run salumeria on the coast of Maine, this salami is crafted using wild fermentation, resulting in a deeper, more complex flavor compared to conventional methods.

Drink Pairings

While drink pairings are ultimately a matter of personal preference, we invite you to consider our recommended pairings as a starting point for your tasting experience. Cheers!

Garnacha

A fruit-forward Spanish Garnacha offers ripe red berry notes, a touch of spice, and low tannins that won't overwhelm the cheeses or cured meats. Its juicy profile balances the heat in Wooly Wooly Diablo and complements the tang in Queso de Murcia al Vino.

Tempranillo

Classic and versatile, a Tempranillo aged just long enough for soft tannins and subtle oak is ideal for pairing with Jamón Serrano and Mahon Menorca. The savory, earthy tones in the wine echo the depth of the meats and the coastal saltiness of the cheese.

Cava (Brut)

This dry Spanish sparkling wine brings bubbles, brightness, and lift. Its crispness refreshes the palate between bites of bold flavors like Ramp Salami, while its toasty, nutty undertones play surprisingly well with fried corn and piri piri cashews.

Albariño

Bright, citrusy, and just a touch saline, Albariño is made for pairing with Spanish cheeses. Its acidity cuts through the richness of Mahon Menorca, while the stone fruit notes are a beautiful match for orange marmalade and Blackberry Rosemary Jam.
