Our standard medium box comes with two cheeses and two meats, along with our curator's choice cheese & jam pairing. You will not receive every cheese listed below.

Georgia Tomme is a gravity-pressed cheese with a rind formed and populated with the natural flora of our aging environments. This flora can consist of any combination of off-white, gray, brown, red, orange, black, blue, and green. The rind can range from firm and dry, to slightly tacky and orange.
