Chenin Blanc’s vibrant acidity and subtle honeyed notes make it the perfect bridge between the heat of TomaRashi and Prosciutto Piccante and the sweetness of the raspberry hibiscus jam. Floral, fruity, and flexible—this one plays well with every element.

Gamay (Beaujolais or lighter style)
