A Message From Our Curators:

We work with small-scale artisans to bring you premium tasting experiences. This approach ensures you enjoy the finest, hand-selected artisanal products. Due to limited production from these artisans, our curators create several variations of each spread and items in each box may vary.

Our standard medium box comes with two cheeses and two meats, along with our curator's choice cheese & jam pairing. You will not receive every cheese listed below.

Other curations, such as large boxes and specialty boxes offer an expanded variety of items. We sincerely hope you enjoy and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Enjoy,

Dan, Michelle & Julianne

Marinated Sheep & Goat Cheese

Sheep and goat’s milk • Soft, spreadable

Victoria, Australia
Mild
Bold

One of the best! Made on the Meredith Dairy farm in Australia, this award-winning cheese is a creamy, marinated blend of sheep and goat milk that is as luxurious as it is addictive. Often likened to feta, it’s soaked in Australian extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and herbs developing tangy, earthy notes balanced by rich, smooth flavors. As a true farmstead cheese, it’s crafted daily on-site using milk from the farm’s own animals—ensuring exceptional freshness, quality, and a true expression of the local terroir.

This creamy, marinated cheese calls for pairing partners that complement its herbaceous tang and rich olive oil base without overwhelming its delicate texture.

Try a bite with a few Sweet & Smoky Almonds and a spoonful of Raspberry Mostarda. The almonds echo the cheese’s richness, while the fruit and mustard add a bright, zippy contrast.

You may also enjoy it with a few dried tart cherries for added acidity and chew.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Goat's Milk, Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Garlic Infused Oil, Salt, Peppercorn, Fresh Herbs, Vegetarian Rennet, Cultures.

Prairie Breeze

Cow’s milk • Semi-Firm

Milton, Iowa
Mild
Bold

This six-time award winner is a unique take on cheddar, delivering a flavor profile that’s anything but ordinary. Milton Creamery sources milk from small, family-run farms within 30 miles, ensuring quality from the ground up. Nine months of careful aging result in a crumbly texture and an abundance of tyrosine crystals—those satisfying cheese crunches that signal expert aging. Bold, umami-rich notes are balanced by a sweet, nutty finish that sets it apart from traditional cheddar.

This cheese shines when paired with tart fruit and mellow nuttiness to balance its umami depth.

Try a bite with a handful of dried tart cherries and a couple Sweet & Smoky Almonds. The combo hits all the notes—tangy, crunchy, buttery, and bold.

You may also enjoy it with a swipe of Raspberry Mostarda for a jammy, savory lift.

Handcrafted Farmstead Gouda

Cow’s milk • Semi-firm

Wisconsin
Mild
Bold

This farmstead Gouda is a true reflection of old world tradition, crafted by a Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Marieke Peterman—one of few women to hold this prestigious title. Every step of the process honors authenticity with equipment, cultures, herbs and spices all imported from Holland.

Each wheel is brined for 60 hours, then aged on Dutch pine planks, which naturally draw out moisture as the flavors develop. For the first 14 days, the cheese is turned daily to ensure an even butterfat distribution, resulting in a smooth, semi-firm texture with a rich, creamy bite.

A hint of sharpness and age calls for pairings with both richness and contrast.

Try a bite with a slice of Honey & Herb Prosciutto or Lonza. The herbs play beautifully against the gouda’s creamy depth.

You may also enjoy it with a few dried cherries to add brightness and color to the board.

Ingredients: Raw Cow's Milk, Cultures, Enzymes, Salt

CONTAINS: MILK

We source a variety of Farmstead Gouda infused with different herbs and seasonings. Exact products and ingredients vary. We recommend checking the product packaging for the most accurate details specific to your item.

Lonza

Vermont

This traditional Lonza, made from pasture-raised pork loin, is a dry-cured specialty that highlights the purity of its ingredients and the skill behind its making. Cured with just salt, black pepper, and a touch of garlic, it’s aged slowly to develop a firm yet delicate texture and layered flavor—savory, slightly sweet, and gently nutty.

Lonza benefits from subtle sweetness or fruit to enhance its delicate, aged flavor.

Try a bite with a few dried tart cherries and a thin slice of Prairie Breeze. The fruit adds lift while the cheese enhances Lonza’s natural umami.
