Fourme d'Ambert is a blue-veined cheese made with unpasteurized cow's milk. It is one of the mildest blue cheeses, creamy, with a delicate fruity flavor, mushroom overtones and a slightly nutty finish. This unique cheese comes solely from France’s Auvergne region, a volcanic and mountainous land with a harsh climate. The cheese is still produced by centuries-old traditional methods, hand-salted and slowly ripened by Livradois, a family-owned dairy since 1949.

St. Nectaire -Dischamp

Produced in France in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, this cheese is relatively soft and smooth; velvety but not creamy in the mouth. The rind has an earthy aroma. However, its paste has a mild, fresh, lactic aroma, with herbal notes and a nice hazelnut taste.

Buchette Aux Fleurs is a fresh goat cheese from the Loire Valley of France coated in dried flowers, like rose petals, cornflowers, and marigolds. This creamy chevre is made from pasteurized goat milk and has herbal & citrus nuances along with fresh grassy notes. It is bright, creamy, and herbacious.

This classic Saucisson Sec is made with traditional French methods in NY using the highest quality cut of pork meat. It is slowly fermented, cured, and then dried for five weeks. We use a combination of authentic French spices, with subtle hints of nutmeg, a key ingredient in French cuisine.

This cheese comes from the Pilat Regional Park in France's Rhone-Alpes. Beneath the light, fuzzy rind is a gooey ring that becomes almost liquid at room temperature. Enjoy with crisp white wines or champagne, along with apples, grapes, and walnuts.
