Alisios is a Spanish cheese from Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, made from a blend of cow’s and goat’s milk. Rubbed with sweet pimentón, it has a striking red-orange rind and a delicate smoky aroma. Aged for about 90 days, it offers a smooth, semi-firm texture and a toasty, mildly tangy flavor.
This Chorizo is made from an acorn-fed, free range Iberico pig. The pork is blended with smoked paprika, and garlic. It is cured for two months
in the mountains of La Alberca, Spain.
