You'll choose your trays before checkout. Just pick the flavors you want from our current lineup. You can change your selection for future boxes anytime in your member portal.

I have allergies. Can I customize what is in each tray?

You can choose which trays you receive, but the items within each tray are curated by our cheesemonger and can't be swapped individually. Every tray includes a fruit, a nut, artisan cheese, premium charcuterie, and crackers. Full ingredient and allergen details for each tray are listed in the nutrition info, so you can pick the trays that work for you.

How are these shipped? When will they arrive?

Your Gourmet Bites ship weekly, packed with insulation and ice packs so they arrive cold and fresh. Boxes go out weekly and arrive between Tuesday and Friday. Because every tray is prepared fresh, orders must be placed by Friday at 3pm ET to be included in the following week's shipment.

What if I travel frequently?

You can easily reschedule your shipments anytime from your online member portal, where you’ll also find estimated delivery dates to help you plan ahead. And if you ever need a hand, our customer support team is like your personal concierge—just reach out and we’ll take care of it for you!Plus, we do have the option for text message notifications, so you're never surprised by a box at your door.

Our trays are VERY different from what is in the grocery. Here are some ways they're different:There is more of each item and the quality of each item is much higher. We use some of the best cheese in the world to create our trays and provide a lot of it to ensure that you're well nourished.Another major difference is that it is made to order and lasts about four weeks. This ensures that the product is fresh and hasn't been sitting for a long time prior to your receiving it.
