Coated in a rosemary rind, this robust & well balanced hard cheese has refined peppery & herbal aromas. The rosemary adds elegance to the cheese without overpowering it. This AppyHour member favorite is unique because of its use of three milks: cow, sheep, and goat. It is produced in La Rioja, Spain and aged for six months.

Mon Pere (meaning my father in French) Brie comes from a part of France that is renowned for the exceptional quality of its milk, the Vosges Mountains.

It has a soft creamy texture and mild rich flavor with a hint of mushrooms from the rind.

Mahon Menorca

Maó cheese is a soft to hard white cheese made from cows' milk, named after the town and natural port of Maó (known as Mahón in Spanish), on the island of Menorca off the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Menorca is known for its cheese production and is home to one of the most respected dairy plants in Europe.

Chorizo Iberico de Bellota

Chopped Iberico pork meat is mixed with paprika to create a meaty, dry-cured sausage with no added nitrates or nitrites. This pork is 100% 'de Bellota Iberico', the highest classification of Spanish pork. The pigs spend their last 3-4 months roaming free range in the Dehesa (oak forest) eating acorns from Encina Oak Trees. These acorns give the meat its sweet & savory flavor.

Lomo

Lomo is produced by lightly curing tenderloin & then hanging it to dry. The lomo we've chosen has some heat and is seasoned with garlic paste, paprika, and red pepper and produced with heritage breed pork, in a Spanish style.

Smoked Red Pepper Romesco

Made in our kitchen, we start by grinding up almonds & walnuts then add in sundried tomatoes, roasted garlic & roasted red peppers. Serve on the crackers provided or atop crostini.

Pajarero Figs

Smaller & sweeter than its Turkish cousin, the Pajarero has a delicate skin that allows its flavor to shine through. This product is produced in Valencia by four brothers.

Marcona Almonds

These almonds are shorter, rounder, softer, and sweeter than the California variety. They are roasted in olive oil, sprinkled with sea salt, and served skin on offering a delicious flavor
